12. Blockchain / Web3 Infrastructure Disclaimer
If FastNode services are used for blockchain, crypto, or Web3-related infrastructure:
- We do not control blockchain networks, protocols, or consensus systems;
- We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or performance of third-party blockchain ecosystems;
- We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice;
We do not store private keys unless explicitly stated in a separate managed service agreement.

provided by FastNode are owned by FastNode or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

including but not limited to:

- Fitness for a particular purpose;
- Non-infringement;
- Continuous availability or uninterrupted operation;
- Compatibility with every third-party environment or use case.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastNode shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- Loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill;
- Loss of data, hosted content, or backups;
- Downtime, outages, or third-party infrastructure failures;
- Unauthorized access, cyberattacks, or service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you
to FastNode for the affected service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim,
unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FastNode, its affiliates, officers, employees,
contractors, and partners from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the services;
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Your hosted content, software, or business activities;
- Your violation of law or any third-party right.
17. Privacy
